The Maria Miller Team is a prominent realtor in the Fishhawk area of Lithia, Fl. The owner was using the GoDaddy site builder for the website but it wasn’t capable of integrating many of the features a realtor would like to have on their own site.

Mrs. Miller contacted us in hopes to modernize the current site as well as better integrate MLS listings into the website. We suggested utilizing WordPress with the Divi theme.

After the initial layout of the site was storyboarded, we suggested using a plugin from Realtyna – a popular MLS and real estate software integration company.

We were able to display featured properties on the home page, create a page specifically for current homes for sale as well as one for rentals. We also set up a “What’s my house worth?” widget, spam protection and custom contact forms.

Once we received the ok to launch, we chose Siteground as the new host. We created email addresses for each of the realtors and went live after normal business hours.

We provided a logon account for Mrs. Miller and instructed her how to make certain properties featured listings and mark others as sold. We continue to make changes to the site as well as ensure all plugins and the WordPress core are kept current.
