Dr. Saeed of Digestive Diseases Associates reached out to us upon a recommendation from one of our other clients, Noorani Medical Center. They were in desperate need of a new managed services provider as well as a new, modern website.
We immediately provided break/fix support on their extensive small business network. We also started working on the new site.
We agreed to use WordPress and the Divi theme. We provided all the licensed stock images and icons. The only content available to us was from the current website and a paper brochure. Both only provided thin content. We worked with DDA to embellish the content and offer suggestions for content, including provider profiles.
After the site launch, we were contracted to implement a HIPAA-compliant submission process for medical forms and insurance information. We chose Gravity Forms and HIPAA Forms Online.
Although we provided POC of a fully functioning HIPAA compliant submission procedure, the practice changed administration and EMR services that provided the same functionality within their software. As a result, we could not implement the solution, but we were able to migrate the site to Siteground for a performance enhancement.
